Underground mobile wireless network is composed of many APs and terminals on locomotives in the roadway. This network is the important part of communication network in mine locomotive unmanned systems. To improve the utilization of resources is an urgent issue to be resolved, and is very important to the development of underground communication network. The target of this thesis is the overall throughput of mobile wireless network. This thesis mainly research on optimization of access control between locomotive and AP, and the problems model of static and dynamic scene are built. Then, the static and dynamic access control strategies are proposed. The major contributions of this thesis are as follows.(1)Underground mobile wireless networks, interference management technology and the locomotive access control technology were introduced in detail, and the feasibility of underground mobile wireless network communication was demonstrated, preparing for subsequent locomotive static and dynamic access control algorithm research.(2)To deal with static scenes of the relative positions of APs and locomotives kept fixed at a time, the static access control strategy was proposed. First, a model for locomotive’s static access was constructed with APs, multi-track and straight roadway. Secondly, based on the theoretical derivation, the throughput utility function was obtained, and the static strategy was designed based on the utility function. Finally, the locomotive access control strategy was used to ensure multi-packet reception of data and throughput optimization. Simulation results show that the optimal results of static access control strategy increased at least 40% than traditional strategy.(3)To deal with dynamic scenes of the relative positions of APs and locomotives changing continuously in a period of time, the dynamic access control strategy was proposed. First, a model for locomotive’s dynamic access was constructed. Secondly, the thesis made modifications by switching cost and load balancing on the basis of static strategies, the throughput utility function was obtained, and the dynamic access control strategy was designed based on the utility function. Finally, the dynamic access control strategy was used effectively to optimize system throughput in a period of time. Simulation results show that the optimal results of dynamic access control strategy is better than traditional strategies.
