With the continuous upgrading of industrial structure,the development of industry is changing from traditional extensive development to fine and economizing development.Due to the lagging behind of the industrial development,china’s energy structure is sill dominated by thermal power at present,other forms are auxiliary.The thermal power refers to the burning of coal to push the steam turbine to generate electrical energy.Sulfur dioxide,solid particles and other pollutants from coal combustion are important factors that affect the environment.Faced with the urgent need for environment protection,sulfur dioxide and other pollutants must be reduced.Now the coal industry mainly used two kinds of ways,one is the low-sulfur coal and the other is desulphurization and dust removal to reduce emissions of sulfur dioxide and other pollutants.Using the desulphurization and dust removal technology is the mainstream trend and meet the need of the long-term development.This paper developed a DSP-based desulphurization dust centrifugal pump flow control system,realized intelligent control and detection of the centrifugal pump from the desulphurization process.DSP has characteristics such as computing speed and strong data processing capability,the application of DSP controller is mainstream trend in the current control field.So the study to the DSP-based desulphurization dust centrifugal pump flow control system is important for desulphurization dust control system.The main contents of this paper are:(1) Research control scheme of desulphurization dust centrifugal pump flow control system,research and found that the traditional method of regulating the flow line would lead pipeline losses in the regulation of the valve opening process.Now the mainstream centrifugal pump flow control system mainly use the frequency control principle.Frequency includes constant pressure ratio control slip control and vector control.Due to the simplicity convenience and the wide use of the constant pressure ratio control,this paper uses constant ratio control mode.(2) The main components were analyzed and the mathematical model was established according to the modern control theory,and the expression of the state space of the control system was also established.(3) Using the BODE diagram and Lyapunov stability analysis methods to analyze the stability control system,and observability controllability.(4) According to the transfer function and the expression of the state space of the desulphurization dust centrifugal pump flow control system,research the control system by PID control、control pole placement method,robust control.(5) Building a DSP-based desulphurization dust centrifugal pump flow control system test bench,discussing the main experimental device,experimental circuit connections,software and programming basis.By analying the experimental data obtained with respect to the traditional control method,DSP-based desulphurization dust centrifugal pump flow control system can effectively control the flow and increase the traffic control system performance.The DSP control technology is applied in the desulphurization dust centrifugal pump flow control system for the first time by the paper,the digital level of desulphurization dust centrifugal pump flow control can be effectively improved,energy saving,and is effectively reduce the energy loss.Using constant ratio control mode in conjunction with DSP digital signal processor,developed DSP-based desulphurization dust centrifugal pump flow control system, analyzing the static and dynamic characteristics of the control system. Aimed to the desulphurization dust centrifugal pump flow control system based on DSP,using pole placement、robust control,optimization control algorithm of the control system to optimize the analysis.The DSP-based desulphurization dust centrifugal pump flow control system test bench was developed.Through analysis the experimental data,it can be drawn that the control system has smaller control error,rapid response,smooth operation and excellent energy saving.
