In recent years, food safety problems have emerged in endlessly. Food contamination and food borne diseases are still common in the world. Public health problems can not be ignored. Microbial pollution is an extremely important factor in food safety, so it is necessary to evaluate the food safety problems according to the food microbiological index.In 2015, ten kinds of food samples, which included cooked meats, cold dishes, fresh cut fruit and vegetable, Canned food, fried dishes, dishes, salad and sushi, fried and baked foods, Western-style food, dessert, were randomly collected from restaurants, hotel in Dongcheng district,Beijing City. According to the national standards for testing and analysis, this study completely gets knowledge of microorganism contamination in food, dinner and drinking set in Dongcheng district, Beijing.The results showed that 78.8% in 595 samples foods pass the test. The pass rate in the different season make statistical sense. After test of Staphylococcus aureus, it turned out that the content of Staphylococcus aureus in cold dishes is the least, in summer it was much more higher, meanwhile, there were Staphylococcus aureus tested in both cold, meat foods and cold dishes, the pass rate in 746 dinner and drinking set was 92.8%, there is not statistical significance in different kinds of dinner and drinking set unless in different sanitizing methods. It showed that collective sanitation. In order to effectively prevent the occurrence of food borne diseases, food supervision and supervision departments need to enhance the supervision on the food safety.
