Magnesia carbon brick is a not burning carbon composite refractory materials, it with high melting point of alkaline oxide, magnesium oxide(melting point 2800 ℃)and hard to slag infiltration of high melting point carbon material as the raw material,and add all kinds of oxide additives, the combination of using the carbon binder.Magnesia carbon brick efficient use of the magnesia slag erosion resistance ability strong and carbon of high thermal conductivity and low expansion, makes the magnesia carbon brick has good high temperature resistance, slag resistance and thermal shock resistance and high temperature creep resistance.Magnesia carbon brick these superior performance affected besides by its raw material, the influence of the production process is extremely important. In this paper,through the analysis of magnesium carbon brick in the production process of each link effect on the performance of its products, concluded:Industrial production in the choice of raw material and raw material quality control plays an important role. The main raw material of magnesium carbon brick is magnesia and graphite, so the two kinds of raw material quality control directly affect the performance of the product.Because of the magnesia carbon brick binder viscosity particularly big, so the blender mixer is very important in the process of the preparation of magnesia carbon brick. Efficient spin move type mixer play in this field for its excellent performance,the uniformity of mixed material is very suitable next procedure.Products of repression in the production process of magnesium carbon brick is one of the most important link and products suppress way direct to decision of the final product performance. Electric screw press in the process of production not only energy saving but also save labour, in conjunction with the reasonable pressure system can produce product performance is very good.Magnesia carbon brick production of the last link is heat treatment.Electric resistance furnace is practical and efficient kiln at present stage. Although the electric resistance furnace is not the most advanced furnace, but Its safety and the stability of the product quality after heat treatment is determines popular among enterprises.
