It was hard to get good effect by using traditional methods to treat dye wastewater because of the dye wastewater has complicated composition,high chromaticity and poor biochemical characteristics, It has important theoretical and practical significance to develop a new high efficiency dye wastewater treatment technology.In this dissertation,the Acid Red B dye wastewater was chosen as research object,the diatomite was chosen as the carrier with acid modifying and ferric nitrate as impregnation liquid.The Fe3+/diatomite catalysts were prepared by evaporation impregnation liquid method under the conditions of 400℃ temperature calcination. The best conditions of making Fe3+/diatomite catalysts were explored;The best reaction conditions of dye wastewater were studied under the process of using Fe3+/diatomite treating;The best reaction conditions of dye wastewater were studied under the process of using Fe3+/diatomite–H2O2 treating; The dynamic model was explored about using Fe3+/diatomite-H2O2 treating Acid Red B dye wastewater. My research contents express as follows:(1)Catalysts had the best catalytic effect when the soaking liquid concentration was 0.5mol·L-1 and sulfuric acid concentration was 2mol·L-1.Additionally,the catalyst was calcined at 400℃ for 2h.(2)The best treatment conditions of using Fe3+/diatomite catalysts treating Acid Red B dye wastewater are as follows:the the concentration of Acid Red B dye wastewater was 50mg/L,the reaction temperature was 25℃,the pH value was 3,the catalysts dosing quantity was 2.5g/L, the reaction time was 40 min.this time the chroma and COD removal rate of Acid Red B dye wastewater respectively reached 95.2% and 85.4%.The catalysts dosing quantity had the biggest influence on the treatment results, followed by pH, and reaction time had the minimum influence on the treatment results.(3)The best treatment conditions of using Fe3+/diatomite-H2O2 treating Acid Red B dye wastewater are as follows:the concentration of Acid Red B dye wastewater was 500mg/L,the reaction temperature was 25℃,the pH value was 3,the catalyst dosing quantity was 3.0g/L, the H2O2 dosing quantity was 14.85 mmol/L, the reaction time was 60 min.this time the chroma and COD removal rate of Acid Red B dye wastewater respectively reached 95.3% and 84.7%.The pH had the biggest influence on the treatment results, followed by H2O2 dosing quantity and reaction time, the Fe3+/diatomite catalysts dosing quantity had the minimum influence on the treatment results.(4)It was known through the solution, the reaction of Fe3+/diatomite-H2O2 treating Acid Red B dye wastewater was consistent with first order reaction kinetics model. model:...
