Tuna is rich in protein and other nutrients and has a low fat content and is loved by different people.Tuna processing technology requires high temperature control,but China is still dominated by artificial temperature control.It is prone to overheating and underheating.As a result,the nutritional value of fish is affected,and the meat yield is not high.Process steam energy is wasted.In view of the above problems in the fish processing industry,a tuna processing intelligent temperature control system based on an industrial control touch screen was developed to precisely control the temperature of the tuna processing process.Based on the control of traditional tuna processing temperature,the thesis analyzes the scheme and finally determines the temperature control system design scheme with industrial control touch screen and PLC as the control core.According to the temperature control requirements of the tuna cooking process,the hardware of the temperature control system is selected and designed,and the electrical wiring diagram of the hardware is drawn using CAD.Temperature control system hardware includes Siemens S7-200 PLC,step Kee eViewET100 industrial computer,PLC expansion module EM231 and EM232,temperature sensor PT100,digital solenoid valve SAX61.03,switching power supply.After the hardware selection is completed,the design of Kinco HMI software's control interface for touch screen and the preparation of function key trigger macro code are performed,and off-line simulation is performed;the detailed design of PLC temperature acquisition program using V4.0 STEP7 MicroWIN sp9 software.In the end,the thesis completed the design of intelligent temperature control system for tuna processing,and tested it at Zhoushan Hailisheng Group.The test results show that the temperature control system designed in this paper can meet the requirements of tuna cooking process,significantly reduce the use of steam,increase the tuna's meat yield and heating efficiency.
