There are many enterprises in China to manufacture industrial centrifuge,Although centrifuges are widely used,they are all confined to room temperature separation.The high temperature centrifugal sedimentation separation method,can make the solid removal rate can reach more than 95%,The utility model has the advantages of low operation cost,small equipment occupation area and large processing capacity.In view of the demand of the market,the safety and stability of the centrifuge are put forward higher requirements.The main content of this paper is to study the high temperature settling centrifuge control system?Firstly,introduce the research background and significance of high temperature settling centrifuge,discusses the current situation of the development of domestic and foreign general centrifuge,And then put forward the necessity of design of high temperature centrifugal separator control system.Then,according to the functional requirements and technical specifications of the control system,the hardware block diagram is designed,The control system from the main functions into the core control board of the drum heating and temperature acquisition,oil pressure and temperature monitoring,and centrifuge operation body vibration signal detection function of the bearing lubrication system control module,The drum motor and differential stepless variable speed motor speed control module,Man machine interface module with programmable touch screen and field operation table module,The design principle of each hardware circuit is described in detail.Then,according to the top-level design and modular design,I introduce the main control system software design platform based on STM32F103VC chip,Discusse the design of Modbus communication protocol(RTU mode)based on RS-485 communication circuit,Program design of variable frequency speed regulation based on frequency converter,Program design based on programmable touch screen display interface and display data update and touch key processing,Design of A/D sampling conversion program based on high speed optical isolated signal conversion module.At last,I analyze the reason of the error of the running speed and the vibration intensity,and give the correction method,According to the technical index of high temperature centrifugal settling separator was tested,the test results are given and explained the present situation.The operation results show that the design of the high temperature centrifugal settling separator the function index of the control system can meet the design requirements.
