With the rapid development of the IT-. electrician telecommunications> office machines and metal products, the requirement of the theory of fabricated metal products in machining process, equipment level and quality becomes more and more higher. Based on the requirement of green low carbon development idea, the quality of utilization and precision metal parts required continuously improved, so the sheet metal precision slitting and process technology is put forward higher requirements. Further study of inelastic deformation of sheet metal slitting and processing state, fracture mechanism, and the characteristics of shearing force in the slitting process has great significance for precision slitting of sheet metal. In this paper, the research content mainly has the following several aspects:(l)Based on the analysis of sheet metal disc shear slitting and oblique blade shear slitting process principle, analyzed the influence of slitting and processing parameters. Systemic induction disc shear slitting process and oblique blade shear slitting process shearing force calculation methods, experimental research and simulation analysis research status at home and abroad. Analyzed the traditional disc shear slitting and plastic shearing oppression separation precision slitting process and oblique blade shear slitting process principle, summarized different section characteristics on different formation conditions of slitting and processing.(2)Analyzed the shearing force of sheet metal slitting and processing. Based on the theoretical calculation of shearing force, the conversion relation of shearing force about disc shear slitting force and oblique shear blade slitting force is proposed. Put forward the sheet metal oblique shear blade slitting and disc shear slitting to the shearing force measurement scheme, designed force experiment device.(3)Do the experiment for measuring three direction shearing force with silicon steel sheet of oblique blade shear slitting. Analyzed lateral clearance on the quality of shearing, and the influence of process parameters on shearing force in the process of shear.Find sheet metal oblique blade shear slitting force value greater than the theoretical calculation of shearing force value, there is a big error between two values. The results shows that the shearing force calculation formula is still needs improved.(4)Use galvanized sheet do the experiment of the plastic shear oppression separation precision slitting process on disc shear slitting.Analyzed the effect about lateral clearance in the process of precision slitting on galvanized sheet shearing area in plastic shear oppression separation. Studied the slitting and processing section work hardening phenomenon, find work hardening phenomenon on shear surface is serious. And work hardening will decrease with the increase of the lateral clearance but the work hardening area is extended. It shows that material work hardening degree has great relevance with shear section morphology characteristics.
