With the rapid development of IT,electrical telecommunications,office machines,hardware products and other industries,the metal products industry has put forward higher requirements in terms of processing technology theory,equipment level and product quality.To comply with the concept of green and low-carbon development,it is required to continuously improve the utilization of materials and the precision of metal products.It is of great significance to deeply study the elastic-plastic deformation,fracture mechanism and the shear force characteristics during the shearing process of thin plates.The following are the main contents of this article:1.A three-way force detection platform for disc slitting was designed and built.and the mechanical relationship in the force measurement platform was analyzed.The three-way force detection platform was calibrated through an experiment,.The shear force under the different BHF and were measured and tracked in real time on the disc shear.A unilateral compression test was performed on the rubber ring,and the size of the blank holder force applied by the rubber ring used in the experiment was determined.2.Based on the experiment of disc slitting based on electrical steel plate,the univariate and interactive effects of clearance and BHF on the surface morphology,edge work hardening and shear force were studied.The results show that: with the increase of shear clearance,the height of shear zone gradually decreases,and the height of fracture zone,roller and burr increase gradually.The degree of work hardening and the influence zone increase first and then decrease,and when the relative clearance is 6% are the maximum,the shear force decreases as the clearance increases.When no BHF,the plate is subject to large additional torque,which is prone to flip-warping.The flow and deformation of the crystal grains in the plate are intensified,the dislocation slip is larger,and the work hardening is more serious.With the increase of the BHF,the flow of the tissue near the fracture surface tends to be slow and the degree of work hardening is weakened.However,the compressive stress in the shear zone increases,cracks are not easily initiated and expanded,and the height of shear zone and shear force increase.The BHF and clearance have not only significant influence on the disc slitting process,butalso there is an additional interaction between the two factors.There is an interaction between the blank holder force and clearance.3.The finite element simulation software DEFORM-2D was used to establish the model of disc slitting process,and the simulation of the shear process was performed.The variation of shear force,stress distribution,equivalent strain and forming quality of sheet metal under different shear clearances and different BHF were compared and analyzed.The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.4.On the basis of shear processing experiments and finite element simulations,the stress state and mechanical model in the process of sheet metal were established.The influence of shear machining clearance and BHF were discussed on the perspectives of stress distribution and mechanical relations,...
