In recent years,with the development of the society and the improvement of productivity. People’s increasingly material life is much richer and great changes have been taken place in people’s life style. In the face of huge social pressure and competition in the society, people pay more attention to healthy attitude of life. Outdoor sports have gradually penetrated into everyday life. With the rapid development of technology, the mobile Internet technology is becoming mature. People began to march to smart clothing in order to pursue the health, fashion and natural life. Personalized movement has great potential development for the health monitoring in order to improve the quality of people’s life.Health monitoring is in the environment of the movement at any time. It is to exercise the body’s physiological monitoring should be the multi-target and multi-level and multi-factor comprehensive evaluation of the whole through the physical health of change over time for physiological monitoring indicators. The combination of science and technology makes the rise of outdoor sports smart clothing. It has gradually become the focus of design research.Because of the progress of technology,wearable health monitoring fundamentally improve the practical performance of clothing under the support of sensors,wireless network,mobile and cloud computing. Its development and spread makes health management services turn to the individuals be monitored. Positive health management and health monitoring anytime and anywhere can prevent or reduce the risk of sports. This article describes designing for monitoring with electronic sensors for cycling sports physical characteristics,which is used to measure the three important parameters of health——the heart rate, temperature, and humidity.This article is in view of the people’s sport-related physical fitness reaction when riding. It further discusses the design of cycling jerseys of real-time monitoring function in order to reflect the physiological characteristics of sports health and the psychologicalcharacteristics of human comfort. Through the effective monitoring function,it can control and guide the movement process much more scientifically and improve the effect of movement significantly. With that, the study will start from the perspective of fashion design to solve the key problems in the process of design. It sums up the general design method of smart clothing and follows the person- clothes- environment as a whole. It puts forward the design concept with wearer as the center of 3F+1I design concept to explore the rationality of the design method of outdoor sports intelligent clothing. Designing clothing modeling structure is based on the core principle of fashion. Choosing the fabrics of cycling jerseys is based on the required principle of comfort. Realize monitoring function of outdoor sports cycling jerseys by sensing technology as the key. Design the Arduino as electronic prototype platform. Thereby, monitor micro climate changes of temperature and humidity under the clothing. Finally, this kind of outdoor sports monitoring function cycling jerseys is a combination of sensing devices and clothing. It not only has the function of monitoring but also has the aesthetic properties of clothing design.At the same time, it meets human body structure performance. It provides reference for the design of outdoor sports smart clothing.
