On the basis of elaborating clothing heat-moisture comfort, T-shirt heat-moisture comfort and infrared imaging technology on the application status in the field of textile and apparel from predecessors, the paper firstly starts from fabric experiment, and then testing and analysising heat-moisture transfer of five kinds of common knitted fabric on the market. Secondly, the human upper body skin surface temperature and humidity and the change of the subjective evaluation through the experiment of human dressing pure cotton sports T-shirt have been analysised in the paper. Thirdly, the optimal design of sports T-shirt, and verify human dressing experiment and subjective evaluation have been done according to the result of above fabric experiment and pure cotton sports T-shirt dressing experiment. At last, using the above data, the paper sets up the relational model between subjective heat-moisture comfort evaluation and skin surface temperature and humidity. Specific content include the following aspects.The fabric experiment selects model(plain stitch), cotton fibre(plain stitch), cotton fibre(eyelet stitch), soybean fibre(plain stitch) and bamboo fiber(plain stitch) these five kinds of fabric as samples to survey the performance of transferring humidity of fabric through water absorption, wet permeability, moisture permeability, air permeability and heat resistance experiments. The experiment result shows that bamboo fiber, model and soybean fibre have the better ability of liquid water absorption because they have superior hydrophilic performance, especially for bamboo fiber. The trend of height change of the fabric wick is the same at every moment in the wet permeability experiment, and the wick result and the wet result are consistent. Bamboo fiber has the strongest wet permeability. The moisture permeability and gas permeability of knitted fabric are related to the construction, thickness, density and opening percentage of the fabric. The main effect on the fabric moisture permeability and gas permeability is the fabric construction in the thesis of the test. For cotton fibre(eyelet stitch) has many hollow out meshes, the moisture permeability and gas permeability are the best.In this part the wearer trial of the T-shirt has been done.. The environment condition of the experiment: temperature 25±1℃, relative humidity 65%±5% and wind speed ≤0.1m/s. The experiment needs to measure skin surface temperature and humidity after human dressing fit pure cotton sports T-shirt in these three sports states: static, walking 20 minutes(the speed is 1.5km/h) and jogging 20 minutes(the speed is 5km/h), and evaluated subjectively. The dresser adapts the prescribed experimental environment in pure cotton sports T-shirt for twenty minutes. Then use infrared thermal imager to shoot hot like figure of upper body skin surface temperature respectively the moment of taking off sport suit at one meter distance from the dresser. At the moment collect humidity data by humidity sensor and then evaluate subjective heat-moisture feelings. At last, analysis according to the objective experiment data and the result of subjective evaluation.The paper exercises optimal design of sports T-shirt according to the result of the fabric experiment and the result of pure cotton sports T-shirt dressing experiment. Five kinds of fabric from above have been selected to do splicing optimization. At the same time, this paper achieves structure optimization via increasing the openings of the cotton sports T-shirt. Then verify and analysis human dressing experiment using single factor analysis of variance and paired sample T test. It was found that in static state, for the human physical body is stable and the external environment remains unchanged, there is no significant difference between the temperature and humidity of wearing pure cotton sports T-shirt and optimized sports T-shirt, and there is also no discrepancy between human subjective evaluations. After walking and jogging 20 minutes, with the increase of amount of exercise, the temperature and humidity of wearing optimized sports T-shirt changes and subjective comfort also improves obviously.
