This paper using silica sol as main gelled materials, adding filler material, reinforced material, vesicant and surfactant,etc.to make good heat preservation and high compressive strength of porous thermal insulation material through the way of in-situ assembly process, based on the research to solve the problem of its solidification. Firstly, it discusses the effect of the filling material and coagulant aid to its solidification, and find out the regular pattern of solidification and the rule of proportion of materials under the most perfect solidification. In the preparation of porous materials, it mainly probes into the influence of reinforced material, admixtures and mixing time of material to thermal insulation performance and mechanical properties, finally, find out the best mixture ratio and the ideal method of material preparation.Silicon powder is obvious to coagulation function of silicon sol;The coagulation effect of magnesia is the more ideal when Calcium chloride and magnesium oxide as a coagulant aid because of Calcium oxide instantaneous condensation phenomenon;The experiment result of 45% silicon sol is better than 30%;Two thousand mesh white carbon black has a positive effect on the viscosity of the silica sol Comparing with four hundred mesh white carbon black,We choose 2000 mesh white carbon black as of filler material.;Composite portland cement of early strength can be used as gelling material with silica sol at the same time.and it has obvious effect to improve the compressive strength of materials; Thermal conductivity have a minimum for 0.118 W/(m·K) when amount of vesicant is 15 ml of 740 g. The material strength is 0.47 MPa and thermal conductivity have a minimum for 0.118 W/(m·K) when surfactants dosage was 0.4 wt%. Thermal conductivity have a minimum for 0.117W/(m·K) when the stirring time is 40 s. The material strength is 0.58 MPa and thermal conductivity have a minimum for 0.111 W/(m·K) when glass fiber was 0.2 wt%. Aluminum powder gas effect is not obvious because its foaming reaction in alkaline environment is impeded due to gelation of aluminum hydroxide.Take compressive strength and thermal conductivity Porous thermal insulation material preparation based on the content of 68 wt% silica sol as gelled main material and the dosage of 20 wt% of early strength composite Portland cement as secondary cementing materials and reinforced material dosage of 11 wt% of white carbon black as filler material ,and formed mold in nature conditions.The average coefficient of thermal conductivity is around 0.111 W/(m·K) and the compressive strength is about 0.58 MPa of porous thermal insulation material which was made.The text provided a new technological process for increasing the types of porous thermal insulation materials and further performance improvement.
