Natural disasters have always been a great challenge for human beings, such as the immeasurable losses caused by earthquake disasters in China in recent years. In the past, people in the face of natural disasters could be done, at a loss what to do after the disaster, rescue, self-help is not enough. Nowdays, national efforts to promote earthquake prevention and disaster mitigation, strengthen the natural disaster prevention for public affairs construction, raise public awareness of disaster prevention, strengthen the construction of disaster prevention and mitigation has become indispensable to the modernization of our country, its importance is self-evident.As is known to all, when large-scale natural disasters occur, most of the ordinary infrastructure suffered serious damage, and its availability is hard to be guaranteed. The disaster relief and rescue people as the key factor, the information is difficult to be preserved, it is difficult to transfer information to the outside world, which often make the rescuers miss the best time. At present, most of the research direction of disaster rescue is to collect and transmit data information by using sensor networks. However, due to the uncertainty of the disaster, it is difficult to achieve the precise coverage of the network construction, network construction costs will be great; the availability of the network is also very difficult to be guaranteed. The smart phone as a portable device of modern society, has powerful computing ability, able to establish ad hoc network, can detect the surrounding environment, especially the timely collecting informations of mobile phone users. The use of collecting the life of the trapped personnel informations at disaster site, and timely saving the transmission to the outside world, will greatly improve the efficiency of disaster relief. This paper will focus on the application of mobile phone in the detection of human vital signs, to provide a new implementation plan for disaster relief.This article will fully consider the situation after the disaster scene, as far as possible to provide a reliable solution for the disaster data collection. In the system implementation, the need to complete the disaster survivors of the vital signs of the assessment, and real-time monitoring of their physiological conditions, to provide support for the implementation of rescue personnel. The main research work of this paper is as follows: based on the smart phone microphone to collect and process audio data, analyze the life activities of the survivors; using the collected data of survivors to fully analyze survivors’ vital signs, and the data were stored in local file system.
