In the proportion of China’s energetic consumption, the coal reached about 70%, and with the development of society and economy, the demand for coal has become more and more serious, in order to meet the needs of social development, roadway excavation are becoming deeper and deeper. With the increase of mining depth, the stress of surrounding rock and supporting structure is also growing, and the roadway is more prone to deformation and destruction. The hard surrounding rock in the shallow roadway, due to the high ground pressure from the deep, will become a soft surrounding rock. The effective and safety support method in the shallow roadway, adopting the same support scheme is very likely to cause safety accidents in the deep, all kinds of reasons have increased the supported difficulty of soft rock roadway in deep mine. It is a great economic significance to adopt scientific and effective method to reinforce and recovery the deformation, some of which is serious and even threatened the safety of production.The article focuses on the law of soft rock roadway creep and deformation of controling mechanism, soft rock roadway control thought should include inhibiting the development of rock loose circle, weakening the creep power control roadway floor. Inhibition of loosing circle development should first improving the strength of the supporting structure, the supporting structure of the strength increases, the range of the loose circle will be smaller, supporting structure receive the pressure will be less. On the contrary, the supporting structure of the strength decrease, the range of the loose circle will be larger. Restrain the creep of surrounding rock should include improve the mechanical properties of rock, improve the strength of support structure and reduce the stress concentration. Floor heave control should be discharge the floor water from roadway, increase the minimum principal stress of surrounding rock particles and reduce stress concentration surrounding rock.In this paper, taking yuandian first coal mine -740 level track roadway as the research object, by the method of checking the information, investigations, laboratory experiments and theoretical analysis, composition and deformation properties of the surrounding rock track roadway to do some research and discussion. According to the actual situation of roadway deformation and destruction, proposed a combined repair and reinforcement technology, it use a U-shaped steel as frame, with anchors cable and short channel steel, then use steel mesh and injection cement paste, and finally on the roadway sprayed concrete technology. And using ABAQUS software carries out simulated experiment to the roadway, combined with the roadway in repair reinforcement before and after the observation of the accumulative deformation and deformation speed, to test whether the repair reinforcement means are reasonable and effective, providing some new reference and experience to our country governance of deep soft rock roadway...
