| Coal is a precious non-renewable resource.With the depletion of shallow coal resources,deep mining of coal resources is one of the development trends of the coal industry.The research on the support of deep soft rock roadway is an engineering example of deep coal resources mining.Because deep soft rock roadway is in complex stress environment for a long time,the deformation of surrounding rock is much more serious than that of shallow mine,especially the problem of floor heave.Because the research of deformation mechanism can not copy the research methods of shallow roadway,it is necessary to make appropriate adjustments to adapt to the characteristics of roadway deformation.However,at present,the research on deep soft rock roadway support mainly focuses on the support of the roof,and the research on roadway floor heave is very little.Therefore,it is necessary to study the whole section reinforcement technology of deep soft rock roadway.Based on the primary support,i.e.roof support,this paper designs and studies the secondary support to reinforce the roadway floor so as to achieve the purpose of full-face reinforcement.Based on the comprehensive research methods of theoretical analysis,field measurement,numerical simulation and field measurement analysis,this paper studies the full-face anchorage and reinforcement technology of roadway under the engineering background of the scientific and technological project "Research on low-consumption,high-strength and high-efficiency support technology of surrounding rock roadway with 1000-meter vertical creep" in2018.Around the topic,the main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Through the elastic-plastic analysis of surrounding rock of deep soft rock roadway,the rheological mechanism and movement law of soft rock roadway are obtained.Based on the analysis of deformation factors and mechanism of deep soft rock roadway with high stress,the idea of pre-treatment of bottom is put forward,and the mechanism of floor deformation control is studied on the basis of modern mechanics principle.(2)Based on the field industrial test of grouting material and roadway surrounding rock,and combined with the theory of roadway support,a support scheme for strengthening roadway floor is designed.(3)On the basis of Abaqus numerical simulation results,the stress and displacement of roadway before and after full section reinforcement are analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively,and the validity and rationality of floor reinforcement scheme are verified by comparing field monitoring results.The support design scheme proposed in this study has broad prospects for popularization and application,which can greatly reduce the deformation of kilometer vertical deep roadway,reduce the support cost of roadway and improve the excavation efficiency of roadway.It also provides some reference value for the support of other deep and soft rock roadways.Figure 63 Table 23 References 65. |
