Based on the control problems of surrounding rock in the stoping roadway of 3 coal seam about Liansheng coal industry,this paper analyzes the influence of roof joint on the stability of surrounding rock in the mining roadway to obtain deformation and failure characteristics of roadway surrounding rock and mechanism of instability by means of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field measurement,and makes a systematic study on the surrounding rock control of the mining roadway of the physicochemical roof.First of all,through the roof drilling of the surrounding rock of the roadway in the roof of the joint development,we have grasped the roof lithology and joint development of the 301 return air drift;Using geological radar to test the surrounding rock looseness ring in the section of 301 coal bed of liansheng coal industry,the rock looseness ring thickness of the surrounding rock of 301 return roadway is obtained.Then the stress distribution of jointed rock beam analyzed theoretically by the establishment of mechanical model,and combining with the feature of this kind of roadway surrounding rock deformation and failure of extraction,joint development of gateways roof failure mechanism is studied.Finally the basic characteristics of the failure deformation about the surrounding rock in the stoping roadway are summarized,through the influence of different thickness joints on the deformation of roadway surrounding rock and the development of plastic zone is studied by the numerical simulation;in order to solve the problems such as the failure of the anchor rod,the failure of the anchor rod,the loss of the pallet and the net bag,the support mode of the 301 return roadway is optimized.Through the field monitoring and verification,the roadway surrounding rock deformation is small and the control effect is good.The research results of this paper are of great scientific significance and application prospect for the effective control of the deformation and failure of surrounding rock in the roof of the joint.
