Filling mining is to improve the recovery rate of coal resources, improve the environment, and realize the highly effective green mining coal industry important way.Packing of hydraulic support is filling equipment, it directly affects the stability of the rock after filling efficiency, full strength, and filling disturbance.Filling hydraulic support compared with traditional hydraulic support, the support added after top beam and support columns structure, due to such special structure, its working state and great changes have taken place in the role of the upper strata relations also; And filling hydraulic support of the existing design method is a simple designed in accordance with the general hydraulic support, the lack of the systematic study on the filling hydraulic support mechanical model, conducted by the strength test is used for the hydraulic support general technical conditions "(MT312-2000) in the general test methods for hydraulic support, does not take into account the top beam and support columns under load conditions. As a result, over the years, filling hydraulic support technical standard also has been set up, still in use during the design and factory acceptance of general hydraulic support strength test standards, technical evaluation unreasonable, not exactly. The purpose of this research is to reveal the fill hydraulic support load law, in order to further determine the strength test method and provides the theory basis for technical standards, the main work is as follows:(1) By understanding the modern development in hydraulic support, the filling analysis of three kinds of hydraulic support classification and filling in the actual use of the advantages and disadvantages, put forward the study of filling hydraulic support strength test standard.(2) According to the two basic theories of strata movement, the traditional coal mining with filling mining overburden deformation law are analyzed, reveals the key layer of filling mining strata is not easy to breaking the law; Reconstructed using the theory of key strata, the mechanical model of key strata, through the theoretical calculation formula for calculation of the mechanical parameters of surrounding rock is obtained to determine filling hydraulic support point top area pressure distribution laid a theoretical foundation; According to mine with filling parameters, hydraulic support strata analysis to get the stress distribution state of upper cap.(3) Choose ZC6000/21/42 type filling hydraulic support as the research object,build the mechanics model, mechanical model and load to solve the equation, is derived in detail on the packing force analysis and calculation of main components of hydraulic support, and get the corresponding theoretical data; According to the filling of the hydraulic support loading status, and puts forward several kinds of load testing scheme for filling hydraulic support strength test.(4) Filling hydraulic support entity model is set up, and the use of ANSYS software of finite element analysis has been made to the above several kinds of load test, and get the test stress and the strain distribution, and the corresponding test data; The theoretical data with the test data, which verifies the correctness of filling hydraulic support mechanical model.(5) For filling hydraulic support will encounter complex roof in the practical work situation, put forward two kinds of extreme load testing scheme under load, and through the way of finite element analysis, find the filling hydraulic support loading vulnerabilities.(6) By summing up, and put forward the hydraulic support in filling in testing the strength of guidance, and how to use the general test bench to on filling hydraulic support strength test, puts forward the concrete solution with alternative solutions.
