The dry filling hydraulic support is an important supporting equipment for comprehensive mechanized filling and mining.Its structure,operation characteristics and interaction with the basic roof are very different from those of general comprehensive mining hydraulic supports.At present,the design method of the four-column filling hydraulic support for front and rear roof beams and the loading method for strength test are still completely carried out in accordance with the design and production standard of general hydraulic support for comprehensive mining "hydraulic support for coal mines"(GB25974.1-2010),without considering The working conditions of the front and rear top beams bearing loads at the same time are still not comprehensive enough to study the construction of the mechanical model of the filled hydraulic support and the loading test method.This subject takes CZG3200 /16/30 type dry filling hydraulic support as the research object,comprehensively applies theoretical analysis and computer simulation methods,researches and reveals the law of simultaneous loading of the front and rear top beams of the filled hydraulic support,and further improves the filling hydraulic support Loading method for the top beam strength test.The main research results are as follows:(1)Investigated the development status of filling hydraulic support at home and abroad.According to the selection basis and working principle of hydraulic support,the structural form of the dry filling hydraulic support and the main parameters of the overall structure were determined.(2)According to the design principles of the filled hydraulic support,the structural design of the top beam and the base of the support was carried out.By analyzing the interaction between the support and the direct roof,the direct top cantilever beam mechanical model and the top beam mechanical model were constructed and obtained.Specific load parameters of the main load-bearing components.(3)A three-dimensional model of the filling hydraulic support was constructed using SolidWorks software,combined with the finite element structural static analysis theory,and the strength analysis of the filling hydraulic support under various conditions was performed using Ansys Workbench software.The deformation cloud diagram analyzes the stress distribution and deformation of the whole machine and themain load-bearing structural parts.(4)With reference to the loading method of the top beam in GB25974.1-2010,the extreme working conditions that may occur when the front and rear top beams of the hydraulic support are simultaneously loaded are summarized,and a finite element analysis is performed to synthesize the results of the finite element analysis.A constructive suggestion was put forward for the strength test loading method of the four-column filling hydraulic support for the top and bottom beams.The research results can provide a reference for the design of the fully mechanized hydraulic support and the formulation of the factory standard.
