This paper introduces the development and present situation of hydraulic support, andthe hydraulic support was studied deeply, based on summarizing the achievements of thehydraulic support development, points out the development challenges facing bracket. The3Dentity modeling of the hydraulic support, and by using the finite element software to carry onthe analysis, is the support a new research method. The ZY6200/20/44type of two leg shieldhydraulic support with large mining height as an example, using Solid Works3D mechanicaldesign software, finite element analysis software ANSYS, the hydraulic support analysis toreal software, analysis of the hydraulic support, to support virtual3D model rendering process,model simplification, the relationship between the structure parts the portion of the contactsurface, support treatment, mesh is studied on the basis of the success, set up a virtualthree-dimensional model, and can realize the movement analysis. In addition, the calculationof support force, through the use of finite element analysis method, the structural boundaryconditions dangerous, draws on the base, the big parts of different, respectively, under partialtorsion load, and different boundary conditions, load distribution and dangerous area ofhydraulic support; finally, according to the hydraulic support test of national standards andindustry standards, the results were validated by test.Based on virtual prototype of3D model, a greater degree of in the design of a prototypemap data on the basis of the traditional alternative trial manufacturing process, greatly shortenthe design cycle of hydraulic support, reduces the repair work, raise the accuracy. Design andfinite element analysis of hydraulic support results, were analyzed on the basis of the researchon the theoretical basis, raise the level of research and development, has the very stronginstruction function to improve the quality of manufacture of hydraulic support.
