The technology of backfill mining with waste and ash by means of mechanized coal gangue, fly ash and other solid waste directly fill in the mined-out area, fast and efficient to swap out coal resources what is not easy to mining by traditional means, belongs to a kind of highly effective green mining technology. After years of development, it gained significant innovations and provided effective techniques and methods of instruction for the "three under" mining area coal mining and mining area environment protection.This paper based on the overview of the application background of solid filling technology and the current research status at home and abroad combined with an example of Xingtai mine to study of solid and fill in the main influence factors of strata movement, the optimum parameters of the filling, filling the practice effect and so on through theoretical analysis, experimental test, numerical simulation and other means. he main research contents as described below:(1) Combined with previous research theory to analyze the effects on the surface of the earth after the coal caving mining, this paper elaborated equivalent mining height theory and the relevant formula, and based on the analysis to research the main influence factors of affecting the solid filling mining strata movement: Before filling subsidence, Owe top filling quantity, The filling rate of compaction and so on. In the final analysis how to use several elements reduce equivalent mining thick.(2) Through laboratory physics experiment analysis of compaction characteristics and deformation characteristics of the different size and the different proportion of waste rock filling body of fly ash to provide the reference for choosing the best filling ratio and analyzing of the rule of the deformation of surrounding rock..(3) Through the numerical simulation software of UDEC to analysis of different filling rate under the rule of the movement of overburden rock deformation and the rule of mine pressure appear. And on the basis of numerical simulation using physical analog simulation experiment to observe specific filling rate under the condition of stope surrounding rock deformation characteristics, and in order to verify the corresponding numerical simulation results.(4) Combined with specific engineering example of the Xingtai mine to introduce the underground waste rock filling of fly ash system and key equipment; Through observation of the deformation of filling body and the deformation of overburden rock to analysis the actual filling effect...
