| With the rapid development of economic globalization,The competition between the manufacturers of similar products becomes more and more competitive.The enterprises in the process of production can achieve the enhancement enterprise’s competitive ability only by that,which make sure the products could meet the demand of the market, but also constantly lower costs,and maintain the product capacity of the production line at the same time.One of the effective measures to reduce the production cost is to improve the production efficiency.So how to improve the utilization rate of equipment, reduce the production location of waiting time and improve the system of flexible need to be pay more attention. At this point, the optimization of production line is particularly important.The computer provide an effective solution.Stacking of glass production line is a kind of typical discrete event system. This paper compared The Modeling method of Q series with other methods, and then finished the modeling.We completely finish the simulation and analysis with MATLAB/Simulink, and conclude some effective measure through the analysis of the data.This article introduces the production line of the modeling method at first, respectively modeling the key link in the process of production line by using Petri net modeling methods and Q series modeling method, through the comparison of the two methods of the superiority of Q series modeling method. Firstly, finished the modeling; Secondly, made a simply introduction to Stateflow simulation environment, and translate the method model to the simulation model; Finally, put forward some optimization method by the analysis of the data. |
