With the popularization and development of automatic logistics production line technology in industrial production,the demand for talents in the automated logistics production line is increasingly urgent,but at present,there are some shortcomings,such as single training means and poor interaction in the training process.Based on the modular tobacco logistics production line training device of a cigarette factory,aiming at the common faults in the production process,this thesis presents the method of fault phenomenon simulation based on computer simulation technology and actual operation of equipment,which can support the training personnel to conduct virtual debugging for equipment faults,so as to achieve the effect of fault training and teaching for employeesFirstly the structure and operation characteristics of the modular logistics production line were introduced in this thesis,and then the overall requirements of the system according to the concept of fault characteristics and virtual debugging of the production line were analyzed.From the perspective of system design,the interface window of the simulation platform is built by using UGUI and NGUI components in Unity3 D,the 3D model of logistics production line that can be driven by script is established by using Polygon and constraint technology in Maya,and the basic fault simulation Animation is made by controlling the real-time state of single frame model by using the key frame technology of Animation machine.The roaming mechanism of the system is designed by controlling the scene camera.On this basis,LOD algorithm is used to compress the number of top and triangular surfaces of the model,and the display effect of the virtual scene is optimized.Next,the common failure cases of logistics production line equipment was collected and summarized,a detailed failure database was established with SQL Server2012 by determining the primary key and foreign key of each attribute table for the purpose of providing various failure cases and solutions for trainers,and the communication between Unity and database through ado.net access method was achieved.Then the realization process of fault simulation and virtual debugging system was discussed,and several mechanisms for fault phenomenon simulation was introduced.The dynamic model of ABB-IRB120 robot in palletizing module was established,and the PhysX physical engine was used to simulate the fault phenomenon of robot actuator in mechanism.The third-party plug-in PlayMaker is used to design a virtual debugging function for the trainer to debug the faulty equipment according to the prompts.Finally,an evaluation mechanism was established by combining FSM state machine and unity event monitoring system to judge the debugging level of training personnel.A fault simulation experiment platform was designed based on the three-dimensional engine software Unity3 D.The platform is helpful to the training ofthe relevant technical talents of manufacturing industry,the understanding of the mechanism of production line fault and the means of fault elimination,and the improvement of the training personnel's practical operation ability and professional basic knowledge in production.
