Tableware polishing machine action actuator is one of the main equipment of the tableware polishing. Action is the main purpose of the actuator by using the chuck clamping tableware for mechanical parts to do reciprocating motion along the horizontal and vertical.To achieve the purpose of grinding in polishing processing by contact with the polishing wheel grinding. At present,the research of the equipment for tableware polishing with gripping and feeding process is less in our country.This design makes up the blank in the field of domestic tableware polishing processing automation research.This paper expounds the research status of tableware polishing equipment at home and abroad and the development trend.Learning the foreign advanced production technology, according to the actual tableware factory processing demand designed a suitable production of tableware polishing motor as actuator.In the paper, we designed the guide mechanism,the dividing institutions,transmission equipment and the clamping device of the action actuator in turn.The electric wire and gas line were arranged.We designed the structure of the barrel of distribution orchestration.During the design of transmission equipment,the design was based on the optimal transmission performance offset crank slider mechanism,meet the cutlery processing requirements of the factory.The design of the chuck was based on two different principles zo force clamping mechanism and be compared.We finally determined the optimal option for production and processing after comparing.The article also applied the Pro/E to do the virtual assembly of tableware polishing action actuator,we did the motion simulation of the transmission equipment.Got the displacement, velocity and acceleration versus time curve during the action process of the motion of the implementing agencies.We also made the kinetic analysis of the equipment, obtain the output torque of the main force.Besides this paper also using ANSYS software to do the finite element static analysis of the key supporting shaft to verify the feasibility of the design.Finally, the actual production and processing of the equipment were introduced,the welding process, heat treatment technology, anti-rust treatment are described.The main object of this study is five stations tableware polishing machine.Theory of mechanical design, mechanical science, basic finite element analysis were used, fully integrated computer-aided design and analysis technology, modern design methods, do the actual design of industrial products,And the device has been put into actual production use, provides a reference value on tableware polishing equipment.
