Puguang gas field belongs to the edge water carbonate fracture pore type reservoir with high pressure, deep depth and high sulfur content.Using The acid fracturing to form the acid corrosion cracking. the initial distribution is too high, which leads to the premature of the individual gas wells. By using the conventional production measures, edge water propelling speed is slowed down to a certain extent. With the development of gas field the water flooding, the uneven distribution of edge water incursion intensified, edge water incursion degree aggravate, water influx increased significantly, some gas wells are flooded eventually, but the early development that using water blocking technology to establish the water barrier has not effectively blocked the further advance of edge water. In order to resume production of flooded gas wells, gas wells drainage has become imperative. However, conventional drainage gas recovery process can not be effectively implemented because that the "three high" gas wells and permanent packer makes the oil annulus seal. Therefore,It is the key of the gas well controlled water production drainage gas recovery technology for high sulfur flooded gas wells.According to the geological characteristics of Puguang gas reservoirs and current performance, This paper analyzes the effusion of gas wells and the water, evaluates various drainage gas recovery processes, proposesed gas lift drainage gas recovery technology for tubing perforation,established the tubing perforation hole pressure drop model, and optimized the design of perforation parameters.The main results obtained are as follows:Based on the statistics of gas production and gas production, using existing production materials,applying dynamic production data, well logging and well test interpretation, the production method of water gas ratio, output water salinity method etc,a preliminary identification of the effluent water, combined with the static and dynamic data of edge water reservoir water influx gas propulsion simulation to determine the direction.Applying the phase equilibrium theory in to the gas water two-phase flow, using the measured bottom hole pressure data,evaluated the calculation model of gas liquid two phase flow in wellbore, optimized the BB/DR model as the Puguang gas wellbore pressure drop calculation model; In view of Puguang gas oil set of connectivity, using the Contrast method of the theoretical bottom hole pressure and measured bottom hole pressure to calculate the depth of effusion method.Starting with the characteristics of the shaft, the dynamic characteristics of the production, the formation characteristics and so on, we optimize the gas lift drainage gas recovery process for the main current production situation of Puguang based on the analysis of the adaptability of the mining process.For gas lift optimization, the optimization principle of gas lift pipe column and gas injection mode is studied and analyzed. Using the theory of sudden contraction sudden expansion local pressure drop, we study calculation method of perforation resistance loss, establish the tubing perforation hole pressure drop model, and optimize the perforation parameters.According to the earlier stage of gas water two-phase flow theory and the design method, we write the computer program by using the VB language; carry out The field example design based on the design program, and formulate the implementation scheme of gas lift drainage gas recovery technology for tubing perforation.
