The rapid decrease of production pressure causes the bottom water in the deep hydrocarbonblock of Changling gas field. The water reduces the gas production, especially in the horizontalsection of the horizontal wells. Therefore, how to understand the effusion law of the horizontal gasand the related technology of water drainage and gas production is the key point to ensure a stableproduction of gas wells.Firstly, according to the critical liquid carrying theory, this paper respectively buildcalculation models to fit horizontal wells vertical flow and level pipe flow. Combining with actualproduction, analysis and comparing to the calculated results of different liquid carrying model, itdetermines a Li Min computing model that suits horizontal wells critical carrying liquid in verticalwell section. According to the test production data of ChangshenpingA well in Jilin Oilfield, arespective analysis on liquid carrying capacity of well testing and production process, togetherwith a reasonable forecast for shaft whether effusion, has done. Therefore, it analyzes the reasonsfor the decline of production and pressure of the well, as well as provides a reliable theoreticalbasis for determining pertinence countermeasures.Through analyzing the seven kinds flow pattern caused by flow change in horizontal well, anaccurate calculation on gas-water two-phase flow pressure decrease is provided. Meanwhile,according to the study on the flow pattern transition by the experiment and mechanism of flowtransition mechanism, a calculation model on stability and transition rule of different phase ingas-water two phase flow is established. Thus, combining with the production data, an accurateanalysis of judging horizontal well flow pattern is made. By analyzing the influence of the holediameter, shaft lining inflow position and two-phase mixture inflow rate on the flow change, itprovides the basis for accurately distinguishing difference between the transformation of flowregime and flow pattern in horizontal well. Then, according to the theory of node analysis, amethod suitable for the analysis of the horizontal wellbore flow has been preliminary explored. Bythis method which provides a good reference for choosing the optimum water drainage and gasrecovery technology, an analysis on well bore flow pattern prediction of horizontal wells is made.According to the theory of optimal string drainage, the technology of water drainage and gasproduction by gas-lift applied in41/2"casing completion of horizontal wells is analyzed.Considering restricting factors and the influence, a design of gas-lift drainage gas recoverytechnology has been done. By taking the comfortable parameters of gas production system, itoptimizes the gas-lift technology in the horizontal well. So the efficiency of water drainage and gas production is improved. According to the down-hole string, fracturing and drainage tests of“Changshen D well”, a nitrogen gas-lift project was designed. Meanwhile, because the distancebetween the wells in Changling Oilfield is close, it has got well interconnective gas-lift conditions.Finally, by the lift pressure calculation and the operation parameters and gas pipeline design, theinterconnection gas-lift drainage has been demonstrated.
