Near-field electrospinning is an advanced manufacture technology for made Micro-nanofibers. Interest towards near-field electrospinning for high-precision positioning additional material manufacturing has been expanded in recent years. But the researchers always focus on single nozzles near-field electrospinning. The industrialization of single nozzles near-field electrospinning has been limited for its bad production efficiency. To improve the production efficiency of near field electrospinning, double-nozzles near-field electrospinning has been raised at here. In this paper, the deposition characteristics of double nozzles near-field electrospinning have been discussed. And that provides technical support for the further study of muti-nozzles near-field electrospinning.Firstly, the electric field of double nozzles near-field electrospinning has been analyzed by Ansoft Maxwell. The effective regular pattern of working parameters has been showed by finite element analysis. And the rule of the max electric field strength change as voltages or working distance variedhas been analyzed.Secondly, large number of experiments has been used for discuss the deposition characteristics of double nozzles near-field electrospinning under different electrosping parameters. In this study, PEO has been chosen to be the working fluid for preparing the solution, and clear water has been used as the analytical grade. Orthogonal testing method, quadratic response surface method and single factor experiments are used to study the influence of concentration, voltages, needle spacing and working distance on the sedimentary spacing of double-nozzle electrospinning.Thirdly, theoretical derivation based on net electric field environment has been studied to verify the correctness of the experimental conclusion.Finally, the deposition characteristics of multi-nozzzles near-field electrospinning have been discussed briefly. Contracting the result of multi-nozzles near-field electrospinning with double nozzles near-field electrospinning, the correctness of the research has been varified.In this paper, double-nozzle electrospinning has been presented for improving productivity. And detailed research has been made for study the relationship between the electrospinning parameters and the deposition characteristics. These researches laid a good foundation for the further study about double-nozzle near-field electrospinning and made great contributions for the industrialization of near-field electrospinning.
