Fe-based amorphous/nanocrystalline alloy material has good soft magnetic properties because of its high saturation magnetization and low iron loss, more and more be used to make distribution transformer iron core.Mechanical alloying as a new solid-state reaction technique, with its widely preparation of amorphous components, simple operation, low cost, etc.In recent years general concern by researchers.By mechanical alloying method to prepare Fe-based amorphous/nanocrystalline has important theoretical significance and practical value. This article was prepared different systems of Fe-based amorphous and nanocrystalline soft magnetic alloy powder by mechanical alloying. Analysis of thematerial powder morphology, amorphous forming ability, thermal stability and magnetism performance, etc. At the same time expand the Fe-base amorphous in functional applications. Study on the Fe-based amorphous degradation of methylene blue dye. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The saturation magnetization of Fe83B9Ps amorphous/nanocrystalline powders prepared by mechanical alloying is 157emu/g. In Fe-B-P system, add B can promote the formation of amorphous phase, improve the ability of the amorphous alloy formation. In Fe-P-B-Cu-Nb system, replace B with Nb can improve the ability of the amorphous alloy formation, along with the increase in Nb element, the thermal stability of the amorphous will improve.(2)After 150h high-energy ball milling, Fe68P8B8C8Si8 amorphous powder obtained. Low Fe content of Fe-P-B-C-Si system, but still has a high saturation magnetization and low coercivity. The powder of Fe72P7B7C7Si7 saturation magnetization is 140.8emu/g, coercive force is 84.9Oe.(3)Fe-Nb-Zr-Ni full-metal nanocrystal prepared by ball milling with excellent soft magnetic properties. With the increase of Fe content, the saturation magnetization of Fe-Nb-Zr-Ni alloy powder increased significantly. Low content of Zr and Nb reduce the pinning effect of the second phase, so lowered coercive force. Fe70NbsZr20Ni5 after 5h ball milling has the best soft magnetic properties, the saturation magnetization is 113.7emu/g, coercive force is 11.3Oe.(4)Fe-based amorphous powder (Fe72P7B7C7Si7) can efficiently degradation methylene blue dye, In the same condition is much better than the ordinary Fe powder, the degradation efficiency is 12.6 times of the ordinary Fe powder. The reaction at 25℃ has highest degradation efficiency of methylene blue dye, this is beneficial to the large-scale application.
