The Synthesis And Properties Of π-conjugated System Containing P And Si

The π-conjugated materials containing P or Si have been investigated extensively due to their unique electronic structure. But only quite few π-conjugated materials containing both P and Si have been reported up to now. And thus we design a system consists of phosphole and silole to investigate its optical property. Of this system’s derivatives, the oxidation of P exhibits excellent solution and solid fluorescence quantum yield.
