The optimum sulfonation experiment condition were determined by single factor and orthogonal experiment:, and the products were characterized. The optimum process condition of nano humic acid system were determined by single factor and the effects of the measurement condition of the size of the nano particles were investigated by LS-900 laser particle size analyzer.To adapt to different scale of production requirements,the nano humic acid production process was industrial scale-up. This process could be described by using a shrinking core model, the preparation of nanometer humic acid was studied by using the methods of the similar amplification.The process chart of preparation nanometer humic acid was developed, and Three Wastes Treatment was discussed.In the preparation process of sulfonated humic acid using humic and anhydrous sodium sulfite as raw material,the optimum process conditions with the:reaction time was 90 min, the reaction temperature to 50℃, sulfonated humic acid (the optimum ratio of anhydrous sodium sulfite to nitrated humic acid sodium and 5% NaOH)was 1:10. In the preparation process of sulfonated humic acid using humic and anhydrous sodium sulfite as raw material,the optimum process conditions with the:reaction time was 3.5h,the concentration of sulfuric acid was 15%, reaction temperature was 75 ℃,the concentration of sodium hydroxide was 25%,the alkali dissolution time was 2h.In the preparation process of nanometer humic acid using weathered coal as raw material,the optimum process conditions with the particle size were as follows: the reaction temperature was 60℃, the agitating speed was 1400 r·min-1, crystalling adjusting agent was C+E, alkali dissolution time was 3.0h,the standing time was 4 h,and vacuum drying temperature was 80℃. The type of crystalling adjusting agent had significant effect on the median diameter of the nanometer humic acid. The nanometer humic acid was produced by different shearing mode,the D50 of the nanometer humic acid made by emulsification technology could be with uniform granularity of 30 nm. The effects of the type and concentration of dispersion,ultrasonic temperature, dispersing time and dispersion concentration of the size of the nano particles were investigated by LS-900 laser particle size analyzer. The optimum measurement condition are determined by single factor and orthogonal experiment:the optimal dispersant was sodium hexametaphosphate-. ultrasonic temperature was ice water mixing temperature,dispersing time was 10min,dispersion concentration was 0.2 g/L,concentration of dispersion was 0.1%.Discusses the mechanism of preventing agglomeration of the optimum measurement condition on nanoscale humic acid.Under the optimal conditions,the D25 was 50 nm, D50 was 60 nm, D90 was 70 nm, the specific surface area can achieve 104.97 m2·g-1.Under the chosen conditions the measurement results were more accurate was proved by SEM.The mathematical modeling of reaction kinetics of the humnic aid and odium hydroxide was set up. The reaction model was in accordance with the shrinking core model. The kinetics equation could be k= 1.2474×10-3 exP{2.614674×104/RT} and the experimental resultsis carried out through least square fitting method,the precision was 2.07% and 3.28%.And the result proves to be reliable. Amplifying different moltiple experimental studies shows:the amplification criteria of the preparation of nanometer humic acid was kept the same linear velocity. The linear velocity U=πN d= 3.14×1.495= 4.7r·m/s.
