Coal is an indispensable resource for Chinese energy development strategy. In recent years, Chinese coal mining has gradually entered the deep coal. Coal mining into the deep mining, the mining environment gradually deteriorated, followed by the problem of "three high and one perturbation", which will give deep well rock stability control brought great challenges.Ingate as an important part of the connection, the structure is more complex, more stress concentration sites, construction difficulties.Based on the results of scholars at home and abroad, this paper analyzes and studies the deformation and failure of the surrounding rock in ingate roadway and the coupling support technology. The following studies were carried out by means of theoretical analysis, laboratory test,numerical simulation and on-site monitoring. In this paper, the ingate of CiXi NO.1 mine as an example to the following study:(1) Based on the case analysis of the damage mechanism of the ingate surrounding rock in recent years, this paper summarizes the coupling support technology of the ingate roadway in the deep well.(2) Based on the nonlinear energy release law of deep surrounding rock, numerical simulation, elastic plastic analysis and analytical solution method are used to analyze the coupling strength and the coupling of the stiffness and the coupling of the structure.(3) The large-scale finite element software MIDAS/GTS was used to simulate the excavation and support of the ingate of the auxiliary shaft of the CiXi NO.1 mine. The initial support scheme and the secondary support parameters were simulated and analyzed respectively in order to obtain the optimal initial support program and optimal support parameters. The initial support delay is 2m. The initial support scheme adopts full section anchor support+anchor cable+grouting+shotcrete and metal mesh. The secondary support adopts reinforced concrete lining with strength of C40 and thickness of 500mm.The coupling mechanism of ingate in deep shaft was explored by combining theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, and applies the results of this paper to field engineering. Rationality of Coupling Support Technology to verify the results of ground pressure monitoring. The research of this paper can provide reference for improving the coupling degree and the stability of the surrounding rock of ingate support, and can guide the construction of the site, which has important guiding significance for the deep mining of the same geological conditions.
