The processes of aluminum metal grinding and polishing will produce a lot of aluminum dust, aluminum dust will not only cause poor working conditions,increasing the risk of workers suffering from occupational diseases, excessive aluminum dust concentrations to Mars will explode, causing more large casualties and property losses, so, the wet scrubbing method applied to the aluminum dust is an indispensable measure. Good wetting agent is necessary, the surface tension of water is too large, the wetting results are not the best, We can be enhanced wettability of the solid surface by reducing the surface tension of the liquid.In this paper, We use the method of the relevant theoretical research and experiment exploring as a combination, for six different surfactant solutions 3 types of wettability systematic inquiry. From the two aspects of surface tension and contact angle, for six kinds of monomer solution and complex surfactant solution was measured surface tension, and explore the monomer solution and complex solution about the wettability effect of aluminum cake. It found that the surface active agent makes the surface tension of the water has been significantly reduced, and reducing the contact angle of the surface of the aluminum pie, strengthening the aluminum pie on surface wettability. The contact angle of SDS and SDBS compound solution is minimized. However, due to the void structure of aluminum, aluminum dust is not hygroscopic, the wet test dust by wetting only to achieve the effect of dust on the surface of the aluminum dust, and therefore, in addition to exploring the best wetting agents, There still need time to different wetting surfactant solutions were explored,discovered in the monomer solution, the most long-SDS solution moisturizing time, in complex solutions, SDS and SDBS solution of complex moisture time most lasting.So, finally, choicing SDS and SDBS complex solution as the best wetting agents.
