Accidents refers to violation of safety laws and regulations, the provisions of the regulations, standards, procedures and management system and requirements, or exist in the system may lead to accidents or disasters of unsafe condition, the unsafe behavior of people, the environment of the unsafe condition and defects of administration.Accidents have a wide range of boundary is not clear, danger, etc. Therefore, in order to strengthen the safety management of accident hidden danger, our country enacted various laws and regulations, formulate the various regulatory approach. This paper combed the domestic status about accidents classification, puts forward the existing problems, to carry out the hazard classification method based on 3d model risk research.According to the basic theory of risk, risk sensitivity concept is put forward, at the risk of accidents in the hierarchical model of design sensitivity factor, the human, machine, ring, accidents is divided into four categories, establish accidents quantitative classification model and qualitative classification of 3 d model. Against the risk of accidents, from three dimensions of likelihood, severity and sensitivity studies the risk of accidents happen, preliminary risk assessment indexes is determined. Using Delphi method and questionnaire to screen indexes, set up four types of risk evaluation index system of accident hidden danger. Using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to calculate the weight of each index, and finally designed the four types of accidents risk classification mathematical model. Reference domestic existing accidents classification standard, combining risk acceptance criteria, the accident hidden danger level of risk is divided into four classes, implementation is based on 3 d model of a hazard risk classification, the corresponding safety management measures for enterprises.To test a hazard risk model is scientific and practical, this article selects BPPC empirical research, gathering all kinds of hidden danger data for statistical analysis.Empirical studies show that the established all kinds of risk classification model has good practicability and convenience, and is suitable for the enterprises to carry out a hazard classification supervision, able to achieve the effective security of the enterprise system, convenient management.
