High Formwork support system plays a fundamental role in the construction of large buildings,especially the special shape and extraordinary architecture.but in recent years the high formwork collapse accident prone,has accounted for the proportion of up to 40% in the construction engineering safety accident,caused huge losses of life and property.this paper put forward the application of BIM technology to the safety management of high formwork support projects in allusion to the occurrence of high incidence rate.Combined BIM model with the construction site through the Revit,Access,Naviswork software and mobile phone APP to high security database,from the aspects of visualization,simulation and optimization,for the early stage of the prevention of dangerous accidents,the identification of risk factors in the construction process,and the monitoring of potential hidden parts,has important significance to the safety management of construction site of high formwork project.The main contents are as follows:1)According to the characteristics of safety accidents,this paper put forward the high formwork of construction safety management ideas which based on BIM technology,the core idea is to use the high formwork BIM model integrated safety information database,and compared with the potential areas of live information,prevention and control of dynamic hidden safety accidents.In order to prevent and control hidden parts in advance,the model is combined with the construction site to carry out real-time and cyclic safety monitoring for the hidden parts.2)By analyzing the causes of safety accidents in recent years,combined with the building safety inspection standards,this paper summarizes the factors affecting the safety of high formwork construction and create high security database.Through Revit software,create highmodulus component library,and research the methods to create high modulus BIM model and encoding rules.Linked the hidden information database file created in the above to the high modulus BIM model,and lay the foundation for subsequent safety management.3)This paper aims to form the building construction safety management system which was based on BIM technology through analyzing the function of the system,organization and the working process of high modulus,puts forward the idea of applying qr code auxiliary information technology to the construction site hidden parts of the information collection,compared with model information processing,the information of mobile terminal dangerous push specific application.4)With the construction of high formwork of a base case,this paper create the project BIM safety information model,and to validate the proposed management system,implementation of the model and the hazard database links,the hidden danger of safety inspection and site operation links,from the contrast material,mechanical calculation and the details of safety inspection,guidance and other aspects of safety management of the construction of high formwork,to verify the accuracy,applicability and security of the application of BIM technology.
