The purpose of this paper is to study the effect of coupling charge on blasting effect in tunnel (tunnel) excavation blasting. Through the analysis of rock blasting mechanism, it is clear that the factors that affect the blasting action. Calculated according to the original theoretical foundation coupled with air coupled two mounted charge structure of detonation velocity, explosive energy, initial pressure of bore wall, damage range, peak pressure, according to the calculation results of two installed the relationship between charge and blasting effect. Explosion process is instantaneous and complex, the existing equipment can not observe the whole blasting process, so the ANSYS software is used to simulate the coupling of two kinds of loading and air coupling. According to the simulation results obtained:in the region close to the hole, coupling charging drug peak pressure was significantly larger than that of air uncouple charge, and coupling charging drug peak pressure prior to decouple charge appeared, coupling installed vibration speed is obviously lower than that of non coupling charging and safety. In roadway tunnel driving blasting, in order to form a new free surface, also in order to reduce the disturbance on the whole structure of rock mass, coupling charging drug effect is obviously better than that of non coupling charging and coupling charging increases near the hole explosion crushing zone and the degree of fragmentation of for tunneling. At the same time, the energy of explosive is absorbed by the crushing zone, the shock wave attenuation is accelerated, and the disturbance degree of the far end rock is also reduced. In economic, security and other aspects of the advantages of coupling installed. The field test results and simulation results are compared and analyzed to find out the difference and analysis. To provide reference for similar projects in the future.
