This method has been proved in the test and used in the shaft excavation.The concept of longhole deck blasting in the shaft excavation has been presented and proved.On the basis of analyzing the method of fracture controlled blasting which uses the small - diameter joint - cutting cartridge, a trial to use the method of joint -cutting cartridge blasting for the water coupled medium in the large - diameter blastholes was made.
