Sulfur dioxide in coal-fired boilers has become the focus of China's emission control.Among the methods for controlling sulfur dioxide emissions,ammonia wet desulfurization has the characteristics of high desulfurization efficiency,no secondary pollution,sufficient utilization of desulfurizers,and low energy consumption.Xx company in the normal production operation,the flue gas desulfurization system using ammonia wet desulfurization process.However,since the desulfurization system was put into operation,the tower wall and the pipeline of the desulfurization tower were seriously corroded,and the leakage of tower wall and pipeline of the desulfurization tower often occurred.Ammonium sulfate crystallizes seriously in the desulfurization tower,the production of by-product ammonium sulfate is too low,and the thiamine product cannot be produced normally.The unstable operation of the system and the short operating cycle(about 40 days)have seriously affected the normal operation of the company's production.Based on the design parameters of the desulfurization system,this article analyzes the relevant parameters such as the inlet parameters of the desulfurization tower,the parameters in the tower,and the operation of the demister in actual production;the liquid components in the ammonia water tank,slurry tank,and oxidation tank.Sulfur dioxide emission concentration at the outlet of desulfurization tower,the pH of the bottom solution and the amount of ammonia consumed;Dust collector outlet flue gas dust content,data of the dust content at the entrance of the desulfurization tower and the dust content in the smoke discharged from the chimney;Based on the above analysis results,Explore the specific issues affecting the normal operation of the desulfurization system,in order to do a proper maintenance plan and technical reform program,Ensure orderly system disassembly,inspection,maintenance and reasonable optimization during maintenance.After optimizing the desulfurization system,various indicators of the desulfurization system have been significantly improved.The pH of the bottom solution can be controlled within the designed range(5.5-6.5),ammonia consumption has dropped significantly,The oxidation rate of ammonium sulfite in the oxidation tank increased to over 70%,Output of ammonium sulfate finished products also increased significantly(about 12 tons per day).And the quality of ammonium sulfate products has also met the standards for the production of chemical fertilizers,reduces operating costs of the desulfurization system.After the dust collector system is optimized,the dust contained in the flue gas cleaned by the dust collector has reached the requirements of the desulfurization system,ensure the normal operation of the desulfurization system.Through the optimization of ammonia desulphurization process,the company's production has extended the operating cycle,long-term,stable operation,while meeting national environmental requirements.This study provides a practical basis for the practical application of the ammonia process desulfurization process,and further validates that the ammonia process desulfurization process can meet the national environmental protection requirements.
