Crude oil atmospheric and vacuum distillation device is the leading section in the oil refinery, in which the desalting and dewatering process is the first process. In recent years, with the deep exploitation of the crude oil of oil field, the quality of crude oil has worsened, the radio of high acid crude oil increases year by year. Processing high acid crude oil can corrode equipment. Moreover, the content of light fraction is very low, while the quality of wax oil and residual oil is very poor. In addition, the petroleum refining industries have become more competitive, petrochemical company imports large poor crude oil to reduce the cost. So it becomes more difficult for desalting and dewatering process in this condition. The original mature electricity desalting and dewatering technology has more problems.The crude oil with high acid value and the Inferior crude oil have the above problems. The paper Investigates the electrical desalting tank temperature, oil-water boundary position, types of demulsifies, wash water consumption, mixing strength, the residence time of crude oil in strong electric field, electric field intensity, injection of 1st-sidedraw of VDU(vacuum distillation unite) and effect of Desalting and dehydration of crude oil in Liaohe oilfield high acid value crude oil as raw material. We carry on the industrial test research in south atmospheric and vacuum distillation unite of Liaohe petrochemical company on the basis of processing scheme of low condensation heavy oil and extra low viscous crude oil of Liaohe oilfield. The results show that :(1)the desalting effect is best when electric desalting temperature is 135-140℃, oil-water boundary position control in the 50%-60%, SXF-21 oil soluble demulsifies filling ratio is 18μg/g, electric desalting tank water injection is 5%, electric desalting mixed pressure is 30-40 kPa, the residence time of crude oil in the electrical desalting tank is 2-3min, and the reinjection quantity of 1st-sidedraw of for crude oil is more than 5%.(2)After the VDU electric dehydration device is joined deacidification agent, acid value of crude oil decrease as the extension of deacidification processing time. Crude oil deacidification effect is obvious when the deacidification agent was added after 60 min. The acid value decreased by 40% from 4.70 mg/g to 2.8 mg/g.
