With the decrease of conventional petroleum resources and the development of heavy oil recovery technology,heavy crude oil has become the main choice of China's imported oil.Electric desalting of crude oil system is the first line of the pretreatment process of distillation,is the comprehensive effect of crude oil at a certain temperature,water injection,mixing intensity,field conditions,the small drops of water in crude oil gradually condensed into large droplets,gravity will depend on the water in the crude oil and solution of simultaneous removal in water salt,electric desalting system of distillation unit stable operation and low temperature preservation plays an important role.This paper is mainly aimed at the poor quality of imported heavy crude oil(crude oil and Ma Rui the Persian Kan crude)screening Demulsifiers in different blending ratio,optimum demulsifier,and to optimize the process parameters of electric desalting device.Through four kinds of oil soluble demulsifier R-1,R-2,R-3,R-4 in Marie oil(dilute): Persian oil(=6:4 thick)ridge(mass ratio),Marie oil(dilute): Persian oil(=5:5 thick)ridge(mass ratio),Marie oil(dilute): Persian oil ridge(thick)=4:6(mass ratio)three blending ratio,respectively in electric desalting temperature is 120 ?,130 ?and test temperature of 140 ?DEG C,through the comparative analysis of desalting and dehydration and dehydration of oil,to determine the optimal oil soluble demulsifier R-3,and industrial test for.Through the experiment,the current electric desalting system,water injection mixing pressure,after removal of salt and dehydration with oil were improved,and solve the processing of heavy crude oil(Ma Rui and the Persian Kan oil)crude oil emulsion,equipment corrosion and other issues of the.
