In the situation of low oil price,Liaohe Oilfield is engaged in the overall situation of survival and development of related enterprises,comprehensively deepening the work of opening up resources,reducing costs and increasing efficiency,simplifying the process flow,and promoting energy saving and consumption reducing technologies.In the process of gathering and transportation in Gaosheng oil production plant,there are some key technical problems,such as large oil loss,low efficiency of gathering system and high energy consumption,which affect the further improvement of economic benefits of oil production and operation.Therefore,the research on energy consumption evaluation technology of gathering system can find the existing process problems and weak links,and then put forward targeted adjustment and transformation measures.The research results are of great significance to improve the economic benefits of oilfield production and operation.According to the process flow and production operation status of gathering system in the first area of oil production in Gaosheng oil production plant:The gathering system is divided into two parts:gathering station(metering station,oil transfer station,combined station),gathering pipeline(gathering pipeline,blending thin oil pipeline),Based on the comparison and combination of energy analysis method and Exergy analysis method,the evaluation methods and indexes of each part of the gathering system and energy consuming equipment are established;The crude oil loss link is divided into the breathing loss of the wellhead tank,the breathing loss of the oil storage tank in the oil transfer station,the breathing loss and the oil loss of the sewage at the water outlet of the oil storage tank and the oil unloading platform in the combined station.The evaluation method and index of the oil loss in the gathering system are studied and established.On the software development platform of Visual Studio Ultimate 2013,the"energy consumption evaluation platform of gathering system of Gaosheng oil production plant in Liaohe Oilfield"is Compiled in C#language.The main function of the software is to evaluate and analyze the energy consumption status of the gathering system and predict the transformation results.Based on the analysis and evaluation of the energy consumption and oil loss test results of the gathering system in the first area of oil production in Gaosheng oil production plant,the energy consumption distribution and oil loss of the system are determined,It gives the weak part of energy consumption and main oil loss links,and puts forward the technical measuresto improve the efficiency of gathering system and reduce oil loss.Among them,the key to improve the efficiency of the gathering system is to improve the utilization rate of heat energy of all parts of the system,including ensuring that the heat preservation of the gathering pipeline is in good condition and the energy consuming equipment in the process of gathering is in high-efficiency operation;The key to reduce the oil loss of gathering system is to reduce the oil loss of storage tank in summer and wellhead tank in winter.The results show that after the transformation,the comprehensive energy consumption per unit liquid volume of the gathering system will be reduced by 10.80%,and the comprehensive energy consumption per unit crude oil of the gathering system will be reduced by 10.93%.After the transformation,the annual solar term of the system is expected to be 814088 m~3,and the annual power saving will be 318547 k W h.
