In order to reduce the sulfur content of MTBE in the liquid hydrocarbon double off device can only take the frequent replacement of liquid alkali to adjust the quality of the products, such as on the one hand, the formation of a large number of soda residue, increased processing costs, on the other hand, frequent change of base pose a security risk. The introduction of liquid hydrocarbon desulfurization in the coking and double liquid hydrocarbons with higher sulfur content, the device production more difficult. Continuous improvement on the quality of liquid hydrocarbon desulfurization from to cope with the market requirements, in order to achieve MTBE to reduce sulfur content, upgrading the quality of gasoline, energy consumption, agent consumption is reduced, caustic sludge emission reduction, reduced the efficiency and other issues.In this paper the liquid hydrocarbons removal of mercaptan system in catalyst alkaline solution regeneration process of traditional heating process at room temperature and the contrast and research the different catalysts or additives where implications of lye regeneration effect, the optimization design of selected normal regeneration process and conventional sweetening combined removal of mercaptan and fiber membrane method for desulfurization and its application in the specific process of chemical production, and draw the final conclusion to help and guide the adjustment of actual chemical production process and process parameters, and to new technology, new agents in the field of chemical application with have certain theory value and practical significance.
