Because the production process is relatively conventional well has certain particularity, so need to study for the oil field using supporting the workover technology, to ensure the operation smoothly.In this paper, first of all, on the basis of full study of the form a complete set of workover technology at home and abroad, combined with booming presented the characteristics of reservoir and well completion structure, formed suitable for xinglong supportive workover fluid technology; After according to the actual situation, through many experiments, combining with the advanced mechanical production technology at home and abroad, to form the xinglong buried hill fracture and machine mining technology,and applies the Yu Xinglong platform of buried hill reservoir of deep well, and formed including string front-end import technology, centralizer anti-friction technology, hydraulic sand washing technology injection and other applicable Yu Xinglong buried hill reservoir of form a complete set of assignments and workover technology, and applied to actual workover job.Through actual application, found that the centralizer anti-friction technology can make the eccentric wear well average pump inspection cycle is extended by 321 days to368 days, the longest up to 515 days, and still in the normal production. 8 Wells adopt hydraulic sandblasting technology increased 36548 tons of oil, increasing gas 96.44 million cubic meters; Take pressure homework workover technology can reduce the single well workover period 2-3 days, and save about 170000 yuan of funds, proves the obvious,supporting the workover measures adopted by the role of the buried hill reservoir development and the completion of mining, oil and gas production index and breakthrough,provides a solid foundation and technical support, and to have certain guiding significanceto the development of similar reservoirs.
