Shuguang oilfield heavy oil reservoir geological structure is complex, containing multiple sets of oil-bearing series, longitudinally and proven six sets of oil-bearing series of guantao formation served, xinglong, daling river, lotus, Du Gutai, buried hill. The main way for development is high temperature steam stimulation. Due to the shallow heavy oil reservoirs, loose cementation and heterogeneity, the degree of reservoir development process of the longitudinal use is low, the problem of uneven steam absorption, serious interwell steam channeling occurs, which affect reservoir development. According to the test data show that formation pressure coefficient is about 0.3, formation energy now is of a serious shortage.Through a large number of indoor experiments optimized, suitable for heavy oil steam stimulation of foaming agent, gel, drainage aid and nitrogen, a system of profile control is formed The medicament system mainly created through using the bubble formation pore throat when jamin effect to realize the profile control effect. Adding that gel can also improve the stability of foam in formation system. Rheological experimental results show that the system compared with the conventional gel, have stronger temperature tolerance. The addition of nitrogen on the production of oil well high cycle can increase the holding. 3D simulation experiment results show that the sand filling model the profile control system can effectively improve steam injection profile. The designed coupling of internal and external cyclone foam generator can all improve the efficiency of gas and foam gel solution foaming.The nitrogen foam gel profile control technology is carried out in shuguang oil field into test in 2014, to improve the development effect of heavy oil steam stimulation to find a new and effective way.
