Research And Application Of Dynamic Paramete Monitoring In Heavy Oil Thermal Recovery Wells

From 2006 steam stimulation has been applied in 687 wells in Fuyu oilfield.Up to now the cumulative steam Injection volume are 0.7696 million cubic meters,the cumulative oil increment are 187132 tons and the gas oil ratio is 0.24.The steam stimulation technology has made outstanding contribution to the secondary recovery in Fuyu oilfield.Affected by reservoir factors,including multiple layer series of development,large span and reservoir physical property and so on,the steam absorption capability of each layer is different.At the same time the effect of multicycle steam injection is poor due to the influence of steam injection process and parameters.The heat of steam injection doesn't play a full role.This paper carries on the appraisal to the Fuyu oil field east 9 block reservoir steam stimulation effect,analyzed the influence of reservoir parameters and steam injection parameters on the effect of steam;steam of steam huff and puff oil suction of wellbore heat loss;the software development,established the thermal recovery steam injection process design mode;carried out on-site temperature four parameters steam injection profile test,explain the steam injection profile test results;steam in East 9 block reservoir multiple rounds of stimulation reservoir analysis.The results show that:heavy oil reservoir in Fuyu oilfield steam injection development process,reservoir vertical steam ratio is mainly affected by the reservoir permeability,reservoir vertical position,the quality of steam injection and steam injection technology and other factors.The reservoir permeability,reservoir vertical position and the steam injection process are main factors influencing gas injectivity reservoirs.Self development of wellbore heat loss calculation software.In the early no technology application under test,through the software to calculate the wellbore various heat conditions,from the mouth to the bottom of the bottom and bottom hole temperature and dryness of steam injection parameters,optimization of thermal process design,improve the quality of steam injection and meet the requirements of steam injection parameters.Fuyu oilfield wells adopt insulated tubing and packer steam injection wells,and for the bottom of large displacement wells or dogleg degree heat,in the steam injection process,nitrogen gas through the annular space well set of injection,can effectively achieve the insulation effect.After high temperature parameters test shows,steam injection string structure the same for changing multi cycle oil steam ratio is not obvious.The steam capacity of reservoir is still multi cycle steam stimulation later main steam layer.
