In the development of the oil and gas exploration, if improper pressure control, there will be overflow, kick, blowout, even blowout control, fire and other well control incidents.Then leading the problems, which to damage of well control equipment, then abandoned the oil and gas wells, environmental pollution, even pose a threat to well controlled operators and the surrounding masses. Therefore, the technical level of well control operators is continuously improved. To achieve safe and reliable well control operations now, in the well control of the overall level of technological and physical simulation technology has been used, compared with virtual training, improve the training of well control operators to be sure, and to achieve more economical, energy saving, efficient training effect. The main research contents are as follows:First, research on the operation process of the basal training, which is prepared of pressurized oil in the well control remote console. Based on well control the remote console composition and working principle of the pressurized oil, combined with technologies of programmable logic controller and sensor control, detailed design of simulation control flow which is pressurized oil in the well control remote console. On the basis of mathematical models of remote hydraulic part and hydraulic control system dynamics equations, building transfer functions and state-space model of well control station remote control system for preparation of pressurized oil.Second, according to the physical simulation principle of preparation of pressurized oil in well control remote console, the adaptive PID control of improving the adaptability combined with the target trajectory tracking technology to propose the adaptive steady-state feedback control algorithm for the remote console simulation training, which applies to well control the remote console loop simulation training system. In the case of parameters mutation, the algorithm can effectively improve the control performance of the system in the pressurized oil preparation process. Achieving critical valves control accurately operation on remote console, and precise control of the electrical pump start or stop and pressure variation of pressure gauge, to the approximate real effect of well control training.Third, the physical simulation system of the well control remote console has finished its construction of model and algorithm of preparation of pressurized oil. And for the well control training needs, on the basis of adaptive steady preparation of pressurized oil feedback control methods to achieve the design and application of preparation ofpressurized oil of physical simulation training configuration monitoring system on the well control remote console. To provide scientific and effective training methods for well and simulation training, and shorten the training period.Combined with the above research content, the design and implementation of the physical simulation model for the pressurized oil preparation have been completed on well control remote console. And verify the feasibility of the physical simulation control. So the accident rate of the well control is reduced for the well control operation safe and reliable.
