With the idea of "wisdom mine" being put forward,"intelligence" and "safety" have become the target of the development of coal industry,and the coal mine is in the process of transforming from automation to intellectualization.Safe,efficient,energy-saving and intelligent drainage system is one of the important contents of the intelligent research of coal mine.In view of the drawbacks existing in the current coal mine drainage system,by designing the intelligent control strategy,the paper solves the problem of single drainage system operation mode,backward control method and low running efficiency.The main research content and innovation are as follows:(1)Aiming at the problems of low running efficiency and frequent pump starting and stopping in the traditional "peak avoiding and valley filling" control method,this paper puts forward a reliable and efficient control strategy by subdividing the water level of the pump room,adding the water level change rate in the control logic and setting the buffer adjustment logic.The simulation results show that the water level change under the control method accords with the ideal curve,solves the frequent problem of pump starting and stopping,and improves the running efficiency.(2)Aiming at the problem of the horizontal pumping station only depends on the respective drainage condition independent control,existence overflow hidden danger problem in current multistage drainage system,one kind of multi-level coordinated drainage control strategy based on the dynamic programming algorithm is proposed.Taking the cost of electricity as the objective function,adding the margin parameter in the constraint condition,collecting the inflow and outflow flow of each horizontal pumping station,searching the optimal control decision of the pump through the state transition equation.The simulation results show that the multi level cooperative drainage in coal mine is realized,and the hidden danger of overflow is eliminated.(3)Aiming at the problem of large energy dissipation caused by constant speed drainage in coal mine,a control strategy based on adaptive genetic algorithm is studied.Taking the efficiency of the pump group as the objective function,the machine pump speed is found under the optimal operating conditions,so that the pump group always runs at high efficiency.The simulation results show that the machine pump speed is adjusted adaptively to reduce the ineffective energy consumption.(4)According to the concept of distributed and centralized control,this paper studies and develops a set of high efficiency and energy-saving intelligent control system for drainage,and designs three parts of supervisory Unit,PLC control unit and video Monitoring unit.In the field test of the flat coal group Minmetals,the functions of multi mode operation,intelligent control and automatic rotation of pump are realized,and the energy is saved effectively.
