The project of"Transport the natural gas from the West to the East"has accelerated the construction of oil and gas pipelines, and a large number of equipments such as valves are needed. Most valve equipments are located in wild field, the working status of them are watched by linewalkers periodically and cannot be monitored in real-time, therefore many hidden troubles cannot be eliminated in time. Participated in the national 863 program-"Remote supervisory, control and malfunction detection system of oil and gas pipeline control valve"together with HuBei HongCheng Genaral_Machinery Co.,Ltd. Researched some key technologies and methods of realization for the project according to the 863 program acceptance requirements and market demands in this thesis.Analyzed and compared the common remote communication technologies, established the platform of wireless communication using radio for the system; constructed the hardware platform using PLC and A/D module as data acquisition and controller for the system, the field data can be automatically acquired and alarm disposed of if emergency happened; established the monitor software platform using configuration software and database software, realized the database function. The real-time field data can be displayed and auto saved in monitor center while the remote valve chamber is in charge of data acquiring and valve controlling.This system is implemented in the main distribution chamber of HuBei JingZhou natural gas development Co.,Ltd. and has passed the technical appraisement by 863 Program experts, the result shows that it is stable and reliable.
