With the development of high speed and high accuracy of the lathe turning speed, Many problems of asymmetric lathe fixture produce the unbalance caused by vibration and noise of the lathe spindle in the process of rotation, There is pressing needs for the lathe fixture analyses and balance of the dynamic balance and to ensure balancing accuracy during the design stage. In order to improve the dynamic balance calculation precision of the lathe fixture, the efficiency and precision of balance, this paper used UG secondary development technology designed and developed a dynamic balancing system for the complex lathe fixtures with large aspect ratios based on the principle of rotor two faces of dynamic balance and the research of influence on dynamic balance of mass distribution, this system integrates the calculation, analysis and balance. The analysis results show that the accuracy of the dynamic balance calculation of the lathe fixture adopted the distributed mass model is significantly higher than that of directly using the parts mass model. The main includes four parts. (1) By using the finite segmentation method of rotor axes along the rotating finite uniform segmentation, empirical formula that the system automatically determines the number of segments faces was deduced. The lumped mass model by lathe fixture parts for unit to sheets produced by the segmented distribution quality (continuous quality) model conversion was completed. (2) Through the analysis of the dynamic unbalance of a lathe fixture, the trim and balance block standard of the lathe fixture was completed. The fast selection of the standard balance block to meet the needs of the rotor balance was achieved. (3) After the dynamic analysis of the lathe fixture by using UG simulation, the residual dynamic balance was reduced to almost zero in the dynamic equilibrium system. Experimental results showed that this dynamic balance system not only has high calculation accuracy and precision trim, but also can quickly select the standard balance block. So it could improve the speed of the lathe fixture under the same balance precision. (4) By the rotor dynamic balancing machine on dynamic balancing experiment and the analysis the dynamic unbalance of the rotor in the equilibrium plane A and B, the experimental results with the calculation results of the dynamic balance system of the lathe fixture was compared, and verified the accuracy and high accuracy of the dynamic balance system of the lathe fixture.
