A data acquisition module for multiple gratings based on FPGA is designed. The data acquistion module can collect 4 way grating signals of the CNC gear measuring center, and can be easily transplanted to the measurement and control system of the new gear measuring center. At the same time, in order to effectively detect function of the data acquisition system and motion control card whether it is normal or not, this thesis designed a debug platform of multi-channel grating data acquisition module.In this thesis, the hardware circuit of multiple-channel gratings data acquisition module is designed. The Verilog language is utilized to achieve the filtering of the grating signal, the fourfold frequency multiplication, identifying the direction, the number of reversible counting, synchronous data latch, interface circuit control, and other functions. And the Modelsim software is used to simulate those functions. Moreover, the hardware circuit of the multi-channel grating data acquisition module-debug platform is designed. Using Verilog language to achieve this function that displacement signal and direction signal of the motion control card is converted to the grating signal and measuring the displacement signal frequency. And using the Modelsim software to carry out the simulation of function.Experiments are designed to verify the multi grating data acquisition module can collect multiple grating signal of CNC gear measuring center. And detection platform of the multi-channel grating data acquisition module can detect the function of the multi grating data acquisition module and the motion control card whether it is normal or not.
