Since the metal nanoparticles and metal oxide nanoparticles specific surface area, high surface energy, bio-compatibility, it can be used as a biomarker for preparing sensors, chemical detection signal amplification, to improve analysis and detection sensitivity. In this paper, we have built a cholesterol electrochemical biosensor based on metal oxide nanomaterials, and have achieved good results in terms of sensitivity, selectivity and detection limit.The experiment selects the Zinc Oxide nano particles( ZnO NPs), the gold nano particles(AuNPs), and the silver nano wires(AgNWs) to prepare the electrochemical biosensor, which is used for the test of cholesterol concentration. Through the research, we get the request of the cholesterol biosensor, and the final results show that the biosensor can be used for the detection of cholesterol. This research paper is mainly through the development of new biological nano materials and its fixed method, in order to achieve the goal of improving the activity of the fixed biological component and the sensitivity of the sensor, the specific content is as follows:1. In chapter 2, the ZnO NPs was prepared, and the highly sensitive electrochemical enzymesensor based on ZnO NPs and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC) was constructed torealize the detection of hydrogen peroxide.2. In chapter 3, prepared AuNPs, and combined with the ZnO NPs prepared enzymebiosensor for determination of cholesterol. Using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) has confirmed the layer by layer assembly process. Scanning electron microscope(SEM) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM) investigated the morphology of thinfilm on the electrode. The film modified electrode on the substrate cholesterol solutionshowed higher sensitivity.3. In chapter 4, The micro enzyme sensor based on ZnO NPs and AgNWs was prepared, andthe electrode of the composite was proved to be fast and sensitive to detect theconcentration of cholesterol.
