With the development of science and technology, the field of industrial control is also undergoing profound changes. In the petroleum industry, the number of Oilfield United Station is large, and its distribution is extensive. SCADA system dependent configuration software is used in the production of data acquisition and monitoring. In the process of application, it brings a series of problems: First, since the joint station in the selection of SCADA system does not have a unified specification, different joint station SCADA system manufacturers and models are not the same. Secondly, according to the different situation of the joint station, the design of the SCADA system is not the same. The closed nature of the independent system structure can be excluded from the resources of other systems.In recent years, OPC technology proposed in the field of industrial automation provides a set of standard interface specification for hardware developers and application developers. OPC(OLE for Process Control) is the application of object linking and embedding technology in process control field. A unified transmission standard for large data sources such as industrial floor equipment or real time databases, as well as communication between the upper layer and the decision layer provided by the OPC specification. Furthermore, the convenience for the integration of the system, the monitoring and sharing of the data is provided by the OPC specification.In this paper, a distributed sharing system is developed based on the study of OPC technology. On the one hand, the problems of various transmission protocols in the data acquisition process of the oil field station is solved; on the other hand, the remote monitoring and control based on Web is realized, and the BP neural network combined with improved genetic algorithm is used to achieve load balance, reduce server load pressure.The primary contents are as follows:First, analysis of OPC data access specification.The OPC specification is introduced after the analysis of the defects of the traditional method of data collection. And the data acquisition scheme based on OPC specification is compared with the traditional data acquisition scheme. By comparison, the development of data acquisition scheme based on OPC specification is defined. At last, the structure and content of OPC data access standard is introduced.Second, the structure design of oil field distributed sharing system based on OPC communication protocol is studied. By the monitoring configuration software of a joint station in Daqing oil field to support the OPC interface, the feasibility of using OPC scheme is described. The structure design of oil field distributed sharing system based on OPC communication protocol is presented.Third, load balancing algorithm is designed. In order to ensure that the web server cluster nodes real-time accurate load information, each node of the CPU utilization, memory utilization, and network utilization, disk utilization, residual time utilization rate of five comprehensive index is proposed as measure standard in this paper. By constructing the neural network to predict the distribution proportion of the server nodes in the next cycle and BP neural network to predict the distribution of the proportion of the phenomenon is often biased, it is difficult to achieve the accuracy requirements. An improved genetic algorithm is proposed, which uses the excellent global searching ability of the improved genetic algorithm to search the optimal solution of the distribution ratio of each server node.Fourth, the middle server and oil field data distributed sharing visualization subsystem are implemented. By introducing the OPC specification, the middle server is designed. The middle server has strong commonality and process oriented data communication. Then, using C#.Net + Oracle as the system development platform, using.Net, AJAX, VML, Socket and other technologies to achieve data visualization and data sharing in the network client. For visualization subsystem in users to access speed is slow, a two level dynamic cache architecture of the intermediate server combined with web server is proposed and recent cache hit time factor is introduced into the cache replacement policy, which can increase the cache hit rate and increase the user access speed.
